This product is a great general purpose mount for our cameras from Contour, Drift and GoPro, and come in three sizes to suit all applications. The original will clamp to items up to 1.5", the 2.5" will clamp to items from 1" to 2.5" (great for tubes and roll bars) and the 4" will accomodate anything up to, well, 4". If you only ever buy one additional mount for your camera, this is the one.

It will work as-is with Drift cameras and with most off the shelf still and video cameras. For Contour you will need a Contour Universal Mount adapter, and for GoPro's a Tripod Mount adapter. You'll have the opportunit to add these if you need them when you add the Ultraclamp to your basket.

Description

The Pedco UltraClamp Assembly allows a camera to be solidly attached to a rolled down car window, bicycle handlebar, picnic table, or other similar object. Strong enough to support most cameras, spotting scopes, and camcorders, the UltraClamp Assembly attaches to round or flat objects  and utilizes the same ball and socket mount found on UltraPod® II to allow the camera maximum flexibility in framing the subject.

The UltraClamp Assembly has been used for many diverse tasks. Police agencies have utilized it to plant explosive charges and film from the side of a riot shield. Race car drivers have placed it on rollbars to film their laps. We've even seen people mount cameras on motorcycles with it.
