Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We try and keep shipping as simple as possible. Most products we sell have a free shipping option for USA delivery only. International shipping is not free, we charge at the applicable USPS tariff.
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class with a USPS tracking number. Orders over $200 are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number (USA destinations only). Handling from receipt of order to shipment is usually one business day or less.
We can ship to any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We will do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and safely, but please read below as this is important information
International orders may incur additional fees and charges in your country. We can neither predict or be responsible for any customs charges, import fees, VAT, local taxes, local delivery charges, handling fees, or any other charges or fees above and beyond those that we are charged by the USPS for the package weight and service class selected. The application of any such fee or fees will vary by country, please consult your local customs office or authority with any questions.
Please do not ask us to understate the value of goods shipped or mark them as gifts, we are not able to do that.
Tracking: We ship internationally by USPS. Not all countries support tracking door to door, especially with First Class International.
