We've worked with a number of people interested in K9 Cameras, and tried a number of solutions, none of which we though were fit for serious use. After a long search, we discovered a company in Scandanavia that was making a dog cam mount in a unique way. We've all seen photos of military dogs with cameras mounted on their backs, but these mounts have snags, literally. In woodland these K9 cams can become ensnared. The product we've found was developed initially for a tough application - wild boar hunting. The Dog cam vest mounts the camera close to the animal and enclosed so that it won't snare or be affected by brush. The location is designed so that the animals movement is not restricted, and you get the best possible field of view.

The vest works with either the Contour HD or Contour GPS cameras, and for situations where total immersion is a possibility, the appropriate optional Contour waterproof housing can be used with the vest as well.

The vest will come in several sizes and we should have them in stock and ready to ship by mid-June. These vests are all hand made in Europe and will give great service for tactical, law enforncement, Search and Rescue, Hunting and any other K9 Camera application.
